About this service
Whether you work from home, have a single workstation, or a whole office that needs to be assessed, our consultant will work with you to deliver a tailored ergonomic assessment.
Services include ergonomic assessments related to a doctor’s order or ADA reasonable accommodation request.
Our assessment and consultation process includes completion of an OSHA - compliant checklist and on-the-spot recommendations and modifications for each employee, performed by a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. As well as a detailed follow-up report with further recommendations on modifications, equipment, and body mechanics.
What to expect
A personalized home office assessment is conducted either on-site or remotely, take approximately 30 minutes and includes:
Initial intake interview and assessment of current workspace and related ergonomic factors
Assessment of computer equipment, accessories, seating, and video display terminal (VDT) as outlined by OSHA
Evaluation of work routine and environmental factors
Task analysis of work duties
On-the-spot recommendations and adjustments
A detailed follow-up report with further recommendations on modifications, equipment, and body mechanics. Sent to you within 1 weeks of the assessment.
